My item arrived damaged.If your item arrives damaged, please contact us right away within one week of receiving your order with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you have about the order by sending an email to contact@iamsoham.com. We'll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible.

My order hasn't arrived yet.I Am That - Soham is not responsible for misdelivered orders due to an incorrectly entered delivery address. Please verify your shipping confirmation email to confirm there aren't any mistakes in the delivery address, ask your local post office if they have your package, or check with your neighbor to make sure it wasn't delivered to the wrong address.Any claims for damaged/defective items must be submitted within seven days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.
